How to Use Kilo Credits
Using your Kilo Credits is simple.
1 Kilo Credit = ₹1
You can redeem up to 20% of your total order value using Kilo Credits.
Example
Order Value: ₹2,000
Maximum Kilo Credits You Can Use: 400 Credits (₹400)
The remaining balance can be paid using any available payment method.
Kilo Credit Validity
Kilo Credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
Credits earned first will automatically be redeemed first (First In, First Out basis).
Unused credits will expire after their validity period.
Important Terms
Kilo Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Kilo Credits cannot be transferred to another account.
Only up to 20% of the order value can be paid using Kilo Credits.
Kilo Credits cannot be reinstated once expired.
Kilo Che reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Kilo Credits program or its rules at any time without prior notice.
